About Revolition

Built to close the gap strategy leaves.

Revolition exists because of a pattern we could not unsee: good plans failing, not because the strategy was wrong, but because the pieces needed to execute it were missing.

Why we exist

The company we kept getting asked to recommend.

Revolition began in consulting rooms. Devon Galett wrote growth plans for clients and watched the same thing happen to them: the client lacked the resources to execute, or the ability to execute at a high level, or the infrastructure underneath it all, a mature operating discipline, a purpose-built CRM, real sales people, someone who owned retention. The plan was sound. The machine to run it did not exist. And at the end of every engagement came the same question: who do you recommend to actually do this? Revolition is the answer to that question.

What we became

From growth marketing to the whole revenue engine.

Revolition started as a growth marketing company and outgrew the category on purpose. Demand was never the whole problem; the problem was everything demand landed on. So we became a Revenue and Commercial Operations company: strategy, infrastructure, and execution across the full lifecycle, from demand through sales through retention. We no longer hedge our success on clients providing the missing pieces. We provide them, so the outcomes reach the bottom line.

Devon Galett is the Founder and Fractional CRO of Revolition, a Galett Group company. His operating conviction is the company's: most growing companies cannot see or control how their revenue works, and the fix is infrastructure that gives leadership that control. The work is advising and building. The strategy is decided with you, then built into working systems by the team that designed it, and Devon owns the number it produces.

We lead with the truth, even when it costs us. Evidence over opinions, every time.
